24 year old trans girl needs help affording surgeries

Okay...here is my story.

from puberty, I started developing as a girl. even though I was born biologically male.
I wanted to be a girl since before I could even remember.

My body reflected that but my parents did not approve, and still do not approve.
They forced me to go on male hormones and growth drugs, so instead of being petite in curvy, like I would have, I am now 6 foot 3, and slightly curvy.

I have been on HRT for close to two years and I have been frantically searching how to scrape together nickels and dimes,

Enough to even afford one of the many surgeries I will need. I pass very very well without, but they are still needed.

I will need the Facial Feminization Surgery.

The Brazilian butt lift, the body contouring surgery, the top breast surgery, and the bottom surgery.

Please. I am desperately seeking help with this... with my current job I cannot save any money at all, my insurance will not cover it either... in total the estimate I was given from three different doctors was an estimate of 60,000 USD....

I know that's a lot, I am willing to go out of a country to someplace cheaper.... I just need help to realize my true self...
