3 Children Need Christmas Angel

Hello to you all. I have 3 kids. 2 boys ages 4,7 and my daughter is 8 years old. I have looked everywhere I know of for help getting my children Christmas Gifts. Please any help is a blessing and no gift to small. We recently spent time in a family shelter and now have a apartment to call home. I have no money for gifts . I'm praying a Christmas Angel sees this post and offers their help.2 weeks left till Christmas morning And I'm lost and losing hope. How do I tell them Santa's not coming? As I write this tears fill my eyes. I need a real Christmas Miracle this year. They are such great kids.I'll keep praying to find help even though its so late. Please know we are a real family that needs real help. I could never put in words how thankful I am to anyone who helps my kids have a Christmas after a rough couple years. Merry Christmas to you all.
