Bill consolidation

I have loans, credit card bills, medical bills, car payments and I'm getting fed up because all I seem to do is write checks to pay bills. What is the best bill consolidation company which would offer me a loan to clear all this debt once and for all. I have OK credit and have not been refused credit before. Rather than going to a bank I was thinking about getting a loan from the cheapest place possible for bill consolidation. Does anyone know any bill consolidation companies that can offer me a cheap loan without securing it to property - please help.
