Billionaires that Give Back - Financial Assistance

I need financial assistance, I really don't want to get into the reasons but I heard from a number of people that you can get money from millionaires, billionaires, philanthropists. I'm looking for billionaires that give back to the community. What I need to know is who are the best billionaires to contact, what are their contact details and what's the best way to contact them. I appreciate any constructive advice in advance. Please Help I'm desperate.

Have you tried everything else, I mean have your tried the following

1. Government assistance/public assistance?
2. Help from charities
3. Help from communities?
4. Help from churches
5. Help from friends and family?

You really need to check these sources before you can ask billionaires for money. They should be used as a last resort.

James Nuzzello, an aspiring writer who dearly want to start my own, Humble House Foundation. Its a dream of mine since childhood for helping, everyday folks such as myself. Folks which have fallen on hard times, and need a chance to reassess their lives. My foundation which I will make available to a few hand select individuals. A steady one year of living rent free up to one year. Also a side fund set aside for people who are the most depressed, but offered to anyone entering Humble House. This establishment will be as close to living like royalty, everyone will have to work at the Humble House Diner, or Humble House Cleaning Service. Again, to enrich their new start for their lives, they will be encouraged to save half of their money in an account for their return to a sustainable living.
I am not pandering for hundreds of thousands of dollars from anyone. I only need a small amount to complete my novel KOMEO in seclusion, as a writer should. I honestly will repay the amount with 1% interest within 1-2 years, and willing to sign a contract stating my ambitious goal, my purpose, and the means. I am in need of financial assistance. I am behind on my water bill. The bill is $2100. I have a disconnection notice.I really need some help.

I am writing you due to a financial hardship. I am a father to my amazing, beautiful 9 year old daughter. I am also a husband to my wonderful darling wife, who is 33 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately I became ill and disabled in September 2015 with medical issues losing the use of my right arm, causing me to be out of work 4 months so far without any income. I've undergone two surgeries since October with no improvement. In addition I have also had several test and seen 4 specialist about my medical condition, in which doctors advised my recovery will be long and slow, could be 18-24 months before I see any change in my condition, if any at all. The physicians have advised me to file for long term disability to permeant disability. This is a long drawn out process that may take up to a year before I start receiving a check if it's approved.

My wife has struggled with gestational diabetes, preterm labor and hospitalized last week. She has been trying her best to continue to work as our only income source, but now she has been placed on complete bedrest. This will hopefully prevent our unborn child of being born early and suffering from complications. However, this now places both of us off work without any income. She is on FMLA, but does not have any short term disability. We have managed to maintain our house and car payment through November, but have used all our money, including selling some of our items, we have completely exhausted both savings and checking accounts.

It saddens me to have to ask for anything from anyone, for I am a strong-willed man and I believe you should work and earn what you need in life. Unfortunately, I can't work, so I ask with a heavy heart and as a humbled man to please find a giving blessing within your heart to help me and my family through this most difficult time.

This is my worst nightmare to be hurt cant work with a pregnant wife and its Christmas time, not being able to provide the needs for my family, not to mention buying Christmas presents. This is and has been the lowest of lows in my life. I have prayed and prayed for God to help me through this most difficult time and I fully believe God has a plan for me and my family.

I can't explain what a blessing this would be for me and my loved ones. I cherish my family as they are my life, my every purpose. Therefore, I bow my head in prayer and ask you and God for help.

I've tried most of them but they can't help me for what I need I just to get of this hole we are in my huaband is a Vet and all that is out is VA home loan which we have but I need other help If I could email or whatever to get a hold of one plus I'm working on starting a home base busniess Internet sales bue I need momney to get that up and runni ng we need help asap I know that's probably asking to much but my time is running out
