Can anybody answer a question?

Good morning everyone. I am new so would like to apologize if there was the same question (could not find it).
Because of some reason I'm going to ask some people for financial support, I wrote letter but I'm pretty confused with my bank details. Should I include it in my letter/email or wait for response (if there is any)? Don't want my request sounds rude, that's why I'm asking.
