Charities That give Free Christmas Presents for Children of Low Income Families in 2013

I know this is a big ask but can someone give me a list of charities that offer help during Christmas. I'm on a tight budget and work on the minimum wage while supporting a needy partner who takes up a lot of my time. I've not saved for Christmas and I'm determined to avoid expensive credit cards and payday loans which will put me further into debt. I want to celebrate Christmas but don't have the means to do so. I am prepared to contact any charity and ask for help. I need financial assistance with gifts, presents, clothes, toys, food and decoration/tree if possible. I look forward to constructive responses.
