Date raped and left to die

I need to come up with 20000 to pay lawyer cost cause I'm past 2 year limiton
I am a victim of gross negligence and did not receive proper or adequate care considering my life threatening condition and as a result of this I am permanently disabled and unable to work and facing serious health issues as a direct result of my inadequate care. The documentation proves that mistakes were made in treating me and subsequently my records were altered to cover up these mistakes. Over a 100 pages of falsified papers .There were serious errors made and the hospitals, doctors and staff are responsible for those errors. I am the only one who is now paying for their gross negligence. My life and future has been permanently damaged and altered and as a result of the gross negligence I lost my home, my children, my quality of life, my profession, my financial security, my future.
I am requesting a meeting to present my case and discuss these extremely serious allegations I'm trying to get settlement of what I feel I'm entitled too. Yes this occurred in 2014 but I didn't become aware till 2017 of Oct. BUT really just put the facts together this summer. CANT believe a woman found naked doesn't receive a rape test or informed of the condition they were in when they foundl believe the fact that I was assaulted it was withheld from me because of the traumatic arm injury that I suffered. As a person and a patient I'm horrified and disgusted. It brings me great sadness to think we live in a world where stuff like this can happen. We put our trust and our lives in the hands of these Physicians.
have presented my documentation to support my case to the College of Physicians and I have received this response back from them which I will include in here. Considering my situation it a complete outrage.
This drug midzloasm is not used in a critical setting shock comatose decrease heart rate suspected drug overdose opiates especially being said so because it causes adverse reaction and death. Alcohol - they were testing me for alcohol poisoning. I believe a physician can actually be charged with manslaughter if giving this medication to somebody and they die. These are black box label . And further more I have done my research and sedatives are never mixed with alcohol. They work the same way in the brain and can cause coma and more intoxication. You can also see that Page listing this medication has clearly been tampered with 100% And was only added after I got a second set of medical records. And asked about why the acetaminophen level was below therapeutic range and they didn't tell me about the date rape drug .The Poison Control papers Of acetaminophen - those are false documents Poison Control never sent them those. Those results are puzzling on its own as there was never talk of perks being OD. As I said I have over 100 pages of proof of this horrible crime. This has left me permanently damaged. Keep in mind when I woke up, was told there was no way of knowing. Made complete sense to me. Didn't question it didn't feel a need to. The only reason anybody came looking for me was because of a comment from this "gentleman". Came into my workplace and said to another co-worker I think Shannon tried to "off" herself and he was acting shaky and nervous. She was scared for my life so she called police and that's when they found me in my home naked didn't even know it was found naked until started looking into this.
They told me I had suffered a heart attack and had stoppage of the blood flow and causing compartment syndrome. Made sense they also asked me if there was anything that I took when I woke up I said I take a lot of Tylenol though it was amended that it was a Tylenol overdose a month after I left. The co-worker the guy was even on scene and told EMS I was reported to be pregnant. That's why my stomach was swollen. I then was picked up by EMS and had oxygen station of 92 percent not 61 like they claim later. I had temp of 33 1 1 had decreased heart rate. And hands and feet were motling. They were going to air lift me to Belleville. One would say I was in shock. I had a catheter put in multi times and was even sent to Belleville with one put in my leg instead. It clearly shows the catheter was in left side in xray photo. I also have proof of clear amendments from being awake to being out. It also says clearly on zero sedation I was level three state. There is no in and out of consciousness. That they even have me back in a coma going back.
The test was false positive for amphetamine and high that was the cause of the overdose what was that positive and high acetaminophen level is only 13.5 dangerous 999. The descriptions of my body is disgusting. t don't know anybody that lays down for 7 hours and gets dark strange bruising between their legs. I'm missing the transfer report going from Belleville to Kingston Belleville General it says discharge on April 9th there's also info that indicates I was still there in April which I've circled in the highlighted and wrote notes on then April 4th I had a surgery by doctor walk-ins which there is no operation report filled out by doctor walk-ins it's report is actually filled out by the gentleman who did it on the 31st missing is signed document by Dr. Mackey and also two different signatures for Dr. Mackey.
The nine pictures of the unoperated arm 9 days from when they say they did showing the blood clots in my arm my lungs were clear when I went in then I have coarse cracks and diminished Airway and mucus secretions coming out and there are reports of low oxygen saturation from this infection that was actually known. If you search Belleville General Hospital 2014 nine people in hospital being treated I was followed by infection control I have the OHIP bills that show the blood poisoning this blood poisoning is not mentioned in any of the notes or talk about through the doctor's note and my MRI I shows that I had severe upper arm swelling thrombosis septis and a mild stroke all of this is new information to mr which I was never told about that's why I have drop foot and nerve damage. There is documentation of this infection which I've had a doctor look at it and told me that I'm lucky to be alive and that there was definitely liquification of the tissué it was false postive for gram of cocci isn't even documentation of me up and doing Physio and moving till the end of April which is what I'm stating happened. I was in a coma for the first couple of weeks and then I was up and walking the last couple weeks in hospital there's nurses names but don't pop up when you search them. I've searched them online they all come up. The catheter was then put in on me on the 14th if there was a catheter already in the right side when I put it in on the 14th and cray shows left . Plus lost of alteration you clearly see them changing a L to a R. the fact that Kingston hospital has me there on the 30th I wasn't there till the 31.
The documentation is totally inaccurate and unsubstantiated, and inappropriate - no time stamps or documentation and missing signatures. Signed another lender not to be found, photocopies have pencil used - apparently it's okay to use pencil? And I am told that Kingston Hospital has gotten rid of my medical records the originals - but there weren't electrinal then. And when you call in they say yes you can come look at records yes we keep them. Then I say my name and it's no we dont have them.Just can't fathom that I was not told about being a victim of rape.
It is inconceivable to me that I lost everything because of this! I lost my child - how much is your child worth to you? Mine was worth millions - a person's reputation destroyed and my future shattered. These constant errors presents a lot of problems as I did not receive any treatment for the injury I sustained at the hands of the doctors. This infection 90% of brain lesions are preventable and treatable but why didn't I get the chance? Brain is shrinking..
The facts are clear in the records. The documents have been falsified, removed, edited and altered.
My quality of life has been negatively affected by my lack of proper care. I cannot work in my previous profession, my memory has been affected, my ability to process quickly, memory retention — I did not have any of these issues before this happened to me.
They claim that compartment syndrome was caused by laying on my arm for 7 hours — this is totally false as there would be many people suffering from this condition of that was all that cause compartment syndrome. I was lied to and mislead that it was a heart attack that stopped the blood flow which made sense to me at the time. My life is ultimately going to be shortened anywhere from three to five years as a result of the hospitals misdiagnosis and treatment. Their neglect in treating me properly caused me to suffer a mild stroke. I was not referred for any follow up treatment following my surgery or to deal with the trauma I experienced.
Please help in any way possible to give me a chance now to discuss my case - a chance I was not given at the time of this unfortunate and life changing incident.
