Thank you for providing all this useful information. I live in Illinois and wanted to know if there are any free cars for low income families in Illinois. I don't have a car at the moment because we can't afford all the expenses and the initial outlay of buying a car. A vehicle would transform our lives because we would be able to commute to work quickly, it would possibly give me the time to find another job so we can get out of our poverty. We are on a very low income and have a large household, we barely make ends meet so hopefully we might be eligible for any programs for free vehicles.
