Free cars for low income families in tennessee

This is a really useful section of the Find Some Money Forum. I live in Tennessee and was wondering if anyone knows of any programs offering free cars for low income families in Tennessee. Like many others of this site I am on a very low income and have two jobs along with my partner. We have a large household with my parents living with me and looking after the kids while we work. We are near the Federal Poverty Line and was wondering if anyone can help?

I couldn't really find a lot of free car programs for low income families in Tennessee, hopefully other more experienced Forum Members can chime in if they can find anything. I found the following

1: 1-800-Charity Cars
This is a nationwide charity that offers free cars to low income families. They particularly help the following people
- Victims of Domestic Violence
- The Medically Needy
- People Living in Transitional Housing
- Veterans
- The Working Poor
- Military Families

2: First Wheels for Low Income Families
This is a assistance program that is available for everyone living in Tennessee. This isn't exactly a free car program but I guess its the next best thing. The Tennessee Resource Conservation & Development Council offers zero percent interest no payment down car loans. These car loans are offered to to families who need a vehicle to keep their job.
