Free money for low income families - please help i am in urgent need of money

I'm trying to lift myself out of poverty, can anyone help me. I am working two jobs and I'm starting to save money. Every time I try to save money I end up losing it because of emergencies. Can someone help me find free money so I have something to build on. I need help with housing, food, energy bills and any other resources that's available for free. My income is below the federal poverty line and I need urgent help. I don't want a handout, I just want some solid advice and inspiration. Thank You
