Funding for operation theatre equipment at base hospital in homagama, sri lanka

The Lions Clubs International District 306A2, Sri Lanka has taken up the challenge to raise the funds required for the equipment in the Four Operating Theatres which amounts to US$ 277,411 (SLR 37,450,485). A Lions Task Force has been set up for this purpose. A proposal has already been sent to the Lions Clubs International Foundation for a grant of US$ 100,000. It is the balance that has to be raised. Hence this appeal to you to contribute to this worthy project using one of the funding options 1, 2 0r 3.

Proposal for Sponsorship:-
There are 3 options for funding

Option 1: Is to fund entire equipment requirements of One Operating Theatre or major portion thereof. This can cost anything between SLR 7 million to 12 million
Option 2: Is to fund one or more items required in the Four Operating Theatres. This can cost SLR 200,000 to 3 million
Option 3: Is for cash donations in multiples of SLR 100,000

In all cases name of the donor will be engraved in the plaque to be displayed permanently at the hospital.
