Heavy rainfall caused sewer drain backup into basement-need help asap!!

Heavy rains caused the drain in my aunt's basement to back up about a foot water/sewage. Because of the sewage involved, it's considered hazardous material. My sister and I are doing all that we can to help clean up but really could use some financial help. Please, to get someone in here to professionally clean and disinfect, it could easily add up to $6,000.
