One suggestion I have which I believe may work because I've seen others do it successfully is to ask for help through Crowdfunding sites like GoFundMe.com and FundAnything.com. I have linked some examples below. If you can run an effective crowdfunding campaign and explain how you are living in hardship I think you could make some money to perhaps buy a new trailer or make repairs to your existing one.
