I need help with my utility bill

This government benefit will help you stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. You should also call your utility company to explain your present circumstances. Some energy companies have lower tariffs for low income families, they also have facilities where they can spread the existing debt you have over a number of months to help you pay off your bills.
