In desperate need of help

I'm sorry to hear about your husband and I wanted to offer my condolences. Going through such an 'episode' can be very traumatic. I think you would benefit greatly from some sort of therapy where you can open up and discuss your past, present and future life. Therapy would also help with your anxiety and depression which you suffer. Treatment can be expensive which is why I recommend you go to a charity that could help or point you in the right direction. Charities such as the Salvation Army or Christian Aid would offer you some advice and help.

You should also look towards Government Welfare benefits for financial assistance. You could apply for unemployment benefit, food stamps, rental assistance, energy assistance. Getting help with money would almost certainly alleviate some of the stress you are experiencing which is likely to help with your anxiety and depression.

Also, keep your chin up, I know you've been through a lot but I truly believe anyone can improve their circumstance if they keep their chin up and look for opportunities, inspiration, and motivation. Please PM me or reply to this email. Good Luck
