Looking for 0% arp credit cards with no balance transfer fee?

I'm looking for 0% ARP credit cards with no balance transfer fee, I want to consolidate my debt from my other credit cards. I've looked high and low but all the balance transfer credit cards have a fee, some are as high as 5%. The lowest balance transfer fee I've found is 1.9%. I don't mind paying a balance transfer fee but if there are any 0% APR credit cards with no balance transfer fee I'd like to know. Look forward to some recommendations please. Thanks

Hi @Sadia - I have checked most of the credit card offers available as of 2016 and the only Zero Percent credit card for balance transfer with zero balance transfer fee was Chase Slate

There is a Zero percent introductory rate on balance transfers for 15 months with zero balance transfer fees. Then the typical APR reverts to 13.24% to 23.24%. A good credit score is required to get credit.
