Need help paying for prescription without insurance!

I need help paying for prescriptions without insurance. I cannot afford any health insurance. I am on a low income and have trouble making ends meet with a large household. I am responsible my parents too and its all getting too much. Please help me. Now I need help paying for prescription without insurance. If anyone knows of any programs that offer free prescriptions of prescriptions assistance please let me know.
