Our story please help

Good Day,

I am in chapter 13BK here in California Northern district, until Dec 2020 it will be over.
the reason I am in Chapter 13 is my wife and her sister were co-trustees over my mother in laws estate.

My wife's sister lived in the home and took care of mom until her passing. During that time she removed FROM THE TRUST insurance policies and had new NOTARIZED power of attorney made up, with blanks on it.

We took her to Santa Clara County Superior court for about 5 years, we paid lawyers about $75K.
only to be surcharged for all courts costs and lawyers fees, they finally sent my wife a check for $1,900.
Which she will not cash. OUR lawyers NEVER FILED OR PRESENTED ANYTHING IN COURT FOR US, WE WENT THROUGH SEVERAL ATTORNEYS, ONE FIRM TOOK A TEN THOUSAND RETAINER, THEN SAID THE ATTORNEY LEFT THE FIRM, SO THEY REQUIRED AN ADDITIONAL TEN THOUSAND RETAINER.

The family home of 30 plus years was allowed to be sold, on the open market. My wife and I put in an offer
however the sister wanted an additional $30K above our offer.

My wife and I filed chapter 13BK to prevent the house from being sold due to foreclosure, it worked for awhile, then the judge told my wife and we had ten days to come up with the asking price of $624K, or My wife would be disallowed to have anything to do with the sale of the home.

The judge spoke to the bank, and the bankruptcy court, to prevent my wife from interfering. Thus the home was sold. and we both were in BK, my wife's chapter 13BK was dismissed and money paid in returned to her.
I however am still in Chapter13 Bk with about 14 months remaining to complete it owing about 5K.

Our plan is to get a federal appeals attorney to pursue this wrong doing, the cost for this is starting at $50K.

We became a one income family, about six years ago due to the stress of the court battle, and non diagnosis, my wife just had cervical spine surgery last Tuesday morning, C1 to T1 with titanium rods and screws inserted, she was transferred to rehab facility this past Monday, with three to four week stay proposed.

I inherited my fathers home in Micanopy Florida in 2015, however it is empty and I am in Chapter13BK ,no one will allow mw to refinance the home, there is no current mortgage, with about 6K owed in back property taxes.

I really do not want to lose this home, I had it out with my sister over the home, my dad had a mild stroke and went to live with her for 14 months, during which time my sister tried to have my father committed and take his property, the judge ruled against that and my father was allowed to return to his home in Micanopy Florida.

I am in danger of losing this home as well if I cant get a loan to pay the back taxes and fix the home up.
I am afraid that by the time Dec 2020 comes the home will be lost to back taxes.

I work hard have been on my job since August 28 1992 to current.

We have a 19 year old daughter in her second year at Clark Atlanta University.
We also have a four will be five year old son at home who needs special care as he is super hyper, and had a failure to thrive at birth, we adopted him as his mom was homeless and drug user, he is actually one of my wife's other sisters daughters son, so in the family, we love him so much We named him Surreal.

I don't want a hand out, just someone to trust me / us until we get on our feet, with the inherited home in Micanopy Florida.

Would someone please loan us money to get out of this situation, we are honest, fair, nice people...

Hello, sorry to disturb you, but I would Like to ask you, if you could

beeen both left alone, since his father has left us for another woman

what to do, to be able to give a chance to my son and to me. To give
ourselves a better life. We are from a poor family and we never had an
extra money for a free sending. Here in Slovakia we heve a small
salaries, no financially help, or an allowances., and therefore I am
kindly asking you for helpso I would be very greatful for it. Sorry,
