Please help me i need surgery and about to lose home

Hi, I want to apologize upfront for asking for money but I am desperate. I am 53 I have Scoliosis and severe Flatback Syndrome. I know I had never heard of it either until I was diagnosed. I have worked since I was 16 up until January 2017. My pain had gotten unbearable. I was told my body twisting was probably what has pinched my sciatic nerve. I went to doctors had 9 steroid shots and none of them helped me. So I went to a neurosurgeon who told me I needed surgery and referred me to Emory in Atlanta GA. My first problem is I now cannot afford my (3) recommended surgeries. The big one is Scoliosis surgery where they will take a wedge out of my spine and put rods in to lift and hold me up. The other surgeries are first neck surgery and second is laminectomy L2-5. My second problem is not being able to work for the last two years it has taken its toll on us financially and we are about to lose our home. My husband has tried his best to keep us going but I we are behind. If anyone can help me I would be eternally Thankful and would be willing to set up a payback agreement. If you have any suggestions on what I can do that will be appreciated as well. We are trying to sell our home but we have already received an intent to foreclose letter and are running out of time fast. I need help and do not know what to do or where to turn.
