I would suggest you contact your car payment company and explain your circumstances to them. Any reputable car lease company will take these circumstances into account and they may be inclined to give you an extension.

You should also contact cancer charities who can advise you on all the options you have. In this day and age, you will get someone who will help you. I have included a list of charities which help people with cancer. You should contact them immediately to explain your situation. Make sure you ask about welfare benefits, these charities can advise you on what government benefits you might be eligible for so you can get some extra income to make your car payments.

You should also try Crowdfunding to raise money. You can use sites such as GoFundMe.com and FundAnything.com to raise money to help you with your condition. People with similar circumstances to you are raising much-needed money to help them with their everyday lives. I would definitely recommend you try this.
