Suffering need help

Hi every one out there. I am writing again out of desperation. I'm so scared. I don't know how long I will have a place to lay my head. I'm behind eight months on my mortgage. It's in foreclosure I blew my motor in my 20year old car. I'm so much in need of a small place to live and a small car. I'm on disability but I had a brain aneurysm so my health is not good. I have been at this address for 18 years paying Wells Fargo mortgage. Since my brain aneurysm I'm losing every thing. I have no one to turn to for help. I have helped every one all my life. But now that I need help, I don't know what to do or who to ask for help. If I could ask for a wish or dream come true it would be a place to live and a cheap car. That would be so wonderful.
