You should take the time to call the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence Home because they can help get your life back together again. The charity will offer you advice and point you in the right direction so you can heal all the bad memories.

You should also visit the Food Bank immediately because you say you don't know where your next meal will come from. For yourself and the sake of your four children you must keep well nourished. Food can be expensive however Food Banks which are scattered all over the USA will help you get the groceries you need to keep your family well nourished. You should also visit the USA.Gov website because you will be eligible for benefits. The NCADV will discuss your options with you and you can make an application for these benefits.
