    Hello I am Julie I am a mother of three beautiful little girls and currently lost my job. With Times being rough for me and my little family we now ask for some help. We currently got an outstanding water bill and trying to avoid it from getting turned off. This is usually the landlords job but he abandoned the house. So we ask for help. Every penny counts. We really appreciate it.
