What gpa is required for financial aid? want to go back to school need money

I want to apply for financial aid, does anyone know what Grade Point Average GPA is required for financial aid? I am on a very low income and have no savings and don't have any financial supporters. I wanted to know what the minimum GPA is required for financial aid because there are so many GPA's given online and its so confusing. I wanted to enroll into a certificate program which pays financial aid. From what I understand approved certificate programs are eligible to receive up to 21,000 dollars in Federal Direct Stafford Loan. Can someone help me with accurate information?
