Where can i find financial support for my program?

Hello everyone"
I am a new member to this site and forum and I am a community activists , youth counsellor and avid protester fighting for democracy justice and positive progressive change in society and I created an empowerment program called P.O.W.E.R. which stands for Plan Orgabize Work Education and Respect which is like a second chance program that works with young inner city men & women from low income high crime communities where we not only help them with employment but help turn men & women into positive productive members of society and so far the expenses to keep the program active has been personally out of pocket but I am working to take this to the next level and push to get our 501C3 but I am in need of financial assistance to make this possible. I've created a GO FUND ME page which is a slow process and I am trying to find a email list of rich people or philanthropists who are willing to contribute to the future of tomorrow's leaders. If anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.
