Who offers private student loans? want to go back to college

I'm seriously thinking about going back to college and wanted to know who offers private student loans. I don't think I'm eligible for student financial aid and I don't think I can apply for a student loan or a Federal Student Loan. So now I'm thinking along the lines of private student loans to fund my further education. Can anyone point me to a list of companies or organizations who offer private student loans? I wanted to compare the rates on offer so I could make financially cost effective decision.
