Work and travel program (education)

First of all, Hello
I'm Anıl. I'm a mechanical engineering student and I'm 22 years old. Also I live in Turkey.
I have a problem. This problem is the economic crisis in our country.That's why I may not be able to participate in program I want.This program name is WAT(Work And Travel).Thanks to this program, I will have the opportunity to see America but as I said in the beginning, there is an economic crisis in our country.We can't afford it. The fee for participation in the work and travel program I have always dreamed of is an avarage of 5.000 dollars.
1 Dolar = 7 Turkish Lira
So this program will cost me an avarage of 35.000 Turkish Liras.
My parents can't afford it. I really needed this money. I didn't want to be in this situation.
I need your help a little bit.
