Help with goverment debt

Hi im emailing to see if you could help in any small way with my situation i was born premature and and had no gullet so i had to have major surgery to make me a gullet from my small intestine which for some unkown reason had given me severe weight problems from birth i had to go to alderhey hospital every few months for a operation to open my gullet back up because it would gradually close itself but approximately 2000 i went for a outpatients appointment and the doctors made me stay in my weight had plummeted that much. I had a feeding tube put in my stomach and ended up recieving DLA due to my medical problems and was sent a letter by DLA saying id recieved it indefinitely due to my health. So i got a part time job with the Jobcentres help and then in 2014 i was sent a letter saying i was being investigated for benefit fraud so i immediately set up a payment plan of 100.00 pounds and i am still paying it now and havent missed a payment but since it all went to court 2015 the debt is about 14000 i could get accurate figures. i am now divorced and living on my own and doing agency work where my wage varies from week to week and numerous expensive car problems and possible re location next year to America i was wondering if theres any possible help ANY help is greatly appreciated
